Prior to serving as president, Lee was the Vice President of Operations for Adams & Garth. Lee’s career includes extensive leadership responsibilities with Fortune 100 companies in the service industry as well as consulting for U.S. and international businesses in operations, human resources, and strategic planning.

Lee is a graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University where he earned his bachelor’s degree. After gaining valuable work experience, Lee returned to Wake Forest University and earned his MBA from The Babcock Graduate School of Management where he specialized in operations in the service industry and strategic planning.

Robert “Bob” Huff II — Executive Vice President

Robert “Bob” Huff joined Adams and Garth in 2010 as Regional Vice President with the responsibility of expanding the company’s presence. Bob is responsible for establishing and staffing new offices as well as overseeing their success.

Bob’s background working for Fortune 50 companies, entrepreneurs, and consulting firms is ideal for this critical strategic role within the company.

In his most recent position as Director of Equity Investments at Fannie Mae in Washington, DC, Bob was responsible for the management of a $4 billion equity portfolio of multifamily real estate assets. As both portfolio and asset manager, Bob worked closely with multiple national investment partners including AEW Group, BlackRock Realty, J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley Real Estate Advisors, and numerous real estate investment trusts. His responsibilities included the acquisition, management, and disposition of large portfolios of multifamily assets with institutional partners.

Bob earned his BBA in Finance from James Madison University and his MBA from Georgia State University. He also is a proud 12-year alumnus of St. Anne’s Belfield School. Mr. Huff is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Staffing Association, with which he has earned the Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation. He also enjoys volunteering for social organizations such as Habitat for Humanity. Mr. Huff currently lives in Richmond, VA with his wife and two young children.

Alexandra Ferber – Safety & Risk Manager and Branch Manager – Charlottesville

Alex joined the Adams & Garth team in August of 2013 and has since acquired her role in the corporate structure as Safety & Risk Manager. Prior to working with Adams & Garth, Alex worked in the hospitality industry for nine years in multiple capacities. Alex’s work experience prepared her for the staffing industry by teaching her to effectively work in a multifaceted environment, where deadlines are a priority and handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously is a requirement. Alex strives to provide a solid foundation for both our staff and clients by maintaining an effective Safety Program and upholding Adams & Garth’s commitment to safe work environments. In addition to Safety & Risk, Alex manages the Charlottesville Corporate Office assisting with day-to-day functions providing the Charlottesville area with top-notch professional services as well as Human Resources Management.

Melissa Wampler – Regional Manager

Before entering the staffing industry, Melissa had extensive experience in hospitality. She started as Staffing Coordinator with Adams & Garth in early 2007. In February 2009, Melissa became Branch Manager of the Harrisonburg branch and facilitated the growth and development of the office. In December 2012, Melissa was instrumental in overseeing the opening of an Adams & Garth branch in Winchester, Virginia. Because of her hard work and dedication, Melissa is now the Regional Manager of both the Harrisonburg and Winchester offices.

Ashley Csady – Branch Manager – Harrisonburg

Ashley started with Adams and Garth in April of 2013 as a Staffing Coordinator with the Harrisonburg Branch. Her experience in human resources and customer service gained her a promotion to Branch Manager in September of 2015. As a member of the Shenandoah Valley Society for Human Resource Management, Ashley proactively stays abreast of HR changes and ensures the Harrisonburg branch runs professionally and in compliance with these changes.

Ashley graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor’s of business administration with a concentration in human resources. She has also earned her SHRM-CP certification. Her degree, combined with her experience and knowledge, has made her an asset to the Adams and Garth team.

Briana Bertolini – Branch Manager, Winchester

Briana joined Adams & Garth in July 2013 as a Communications Coordinator. Previously she was a student at Old Dominion University where she majored in hospitality.  After six months, Briana was promoted to staffing coordinator. She rose to the challenge and has been instrumental in the growth and development of new clients for the Winchester Branch. Briana has gained the trust and respect of the Winchester clients, and because of her dedication and commitment, has been appointed to Branch Manager.

Britteny Sherfey – Branch Manager – Staunton

Britteny joined Adams and Garth in May 2013 in our Harrisonburg branch. Before working in the staffing industry, Britteny worked in hospitality where she developed her people skills, natural ability to provide excellent customer service, and handle high-stress situations. Those skills are essential in the staffing world, and Britteny made an exceptional Staffing Coordinator as she became well known for her positive attitude and dedication to fulfill clients’ last-minute needs and high-volume job orders. Britteny’s compassionate disposition made her a valuable point of contact with employees and a team player with her co-workers. In June 2015, Britteny was promoted to Branch Manager of the Staunton office where she continues to assist the Shenandoah Valley with local employment needs.
