Yvonne has been with Adams and Garth since April 2007, where she started as our Communications Coordinator and was then promoted to Staffing Coordinator. She has just recently moved to the Charlottesville area with her husband. Before joining our team, Yvonne worked as a Human Resource Assistant for the United States Air Force Services division, in Harrogate, England. She is excited to continue her experiences through Adams & Garth and looks forward to working with you in the future.

Determined and eager to make a difference in the lives of others, Michele came to Adams and Garth after a successful career with one of the states largest counseling corporations. It was there where she acquired a strong sense of community, interpersonal relations and an overall desire to help others. Her ability to relate and communicate effectively and professionally will prove to be a valued contribution to not only our company, but also to our consumers. Her highly developed organizational skills and drive for excellence will be sure to assist you on the path to a great career. Michele received her Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Before trying her hand at staffing, Melissa had extensive experience in the hospitality industry. For the last three years, Melissa has worked as a staffing coordinator in Harrisonburg and joined the Adams and Garth team in early 2007 after hearing about the company from a friend. While the staffing industry can be trying at times, Melissa enjoys the opportunity to meet the great candidates she works with on a daily basis and help them find just the right career to fit their skill set and future plans.

Prior to joining Adams and Garth, Nicole worked Pleasant View, Inc. where she provided job coaching adults with developmental disabilities. Nicole's first position with Adams and Garth was as Communications Coordinator before being promoted to the position of Staffing Coordinator. Nicole enjoys working with Adams and Garth's varied clientele and finding just the right fit for the applicants she works with in the Staunton office.
