Be sure to post these precautions in and around your facility.

Focus on the positive.

Beyond training employees, also encourage them to improve their own safety performance. When they do, recognize them for it, whether they’re simply wearing the proper PPE or encouraging co-workers to be safe. Just a word of thanks or some other type of positive reinforcement can help motivate them to continue focusing on safety.
